and combo of nuenullkb( http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/pos...nueNullKB.aspx) and sip change ( http://www.pdagold.com/software/detail.asp?s=1312) should stop the keyboard from randomly popping up...and go to settings>sounds and notifications>notifications and change the settings so that a notification DOES NOT pop up when you get a text or email...
