I am sure all of the great chefs have moved on to the TP2, to build ROM's. If we want a ROM, we either build it ourself or go out and get the TP2. I will have mine very soon!!!

Bummer.... My timing is not working

By the time I'm eligible for the Sprint Discount on the TP2, the chefs will be shortly moving on to something else because Sprint will be phasing out the TP2....

Thinking I may go with the HTC Hero (Android) next....

Well he can't give us 2.5 because from what I have read the port to VGA is not done and there are still bugs. Maybe a newer 2.1 but who knows. I would really hope we get an update. I'm just gonna try my hand a ROM building.

I absolutely love Juicy's roms, but I wanted to use a stable build of WM 6.5.1 (yeah, build 23052 was too unstable).

raidzero put together a slim ROM with the latest 23064 build, and that specific build is super speedy. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...84#post1229584
I'll probably be using that until Juicy releases his next ROM =) No issues yet. You'll have to install the Tachi dialer yourself though, if you want it.

Just flashed to it. So far no major bugs! Thanks for the tip!
*Edit* Just got my first call on it and the dialer or the in call screen is bad a**!

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090922H (23052.5.3.0) [UC]

Juicy how's work going on the forthcoming ROM? How are things over at RhodiumW world progressing? Still no TP2 for me. $449.00 price tag is more than I can justify for myself. On the plus side, I've heard rumor that Sprint is replacing TPs through Sprint's insurance with TP2s. If this turns out to be true my TP may have an unfortunate mishap...

TP or TP2 I look forward to flashing a Juicy ROM again!
