yeah Juicy i too made the switch and the Tour and it is AMAZING! we spend so much time messing with windows mobile while blackberry gets it right right of the bat... im sorry guys but the grass is greener on the other side. you honestly have to try one to see what the fuss is about... i will give windows mobile 7 a chance but until then yall be E zzzz! no more spending hours upon hours flashing and always discovering a problem with a ROM, im done with that!

when the TP2 i will still make an audiopara file for it if needed be so no worries...

Please don't be a blatant fanboy and flamebait this thread. I have never seen RIM release a Blackberry that "gets it right off the bat". I haven't seen a Tour yet so it may be the exception, but just look at the Storm if you need any proof that Blackberry does not equal perfect launches.

In my experience Importing a lot of text's/e-mails with PIM causes threaded TF3D messaging to lag pretty good. Clear out your messages before backing up

Just run the cab and Voila! No more XT9. Just tested it = working

Or you could just select ABC and then click on the ARROW/123 button and enter some numbers. This will allow the change to ABC to become permanent until you perform this process again changing it back to T9.
This was an issue somewhere previously in the thread. I think on an earlier version of the ROM.

Hello guys, I'm using the latest build of Juicy 8. I really like it but have a few issues

1) When listening to music and a call comes through, after the call terminates the music does not resume. Anyone experience this or have a fix?

2) When dialing from the contacts menu I sometimes get 3 loud beeps and the call terminates. This doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes. Anyone experience this or have a fix?

I dont know if its Me, but I cant seem to find the Call and End Call Onscreen Buttons when I am in phone. Its important to me because my Call Button (Hard) does not work, unless I slide out the keyboard. Any help? Thanks

They aren't there by design. Its a newer Tachi dialer. If you want them back there were others wanting the same a bit further back in the thread. I believe they were installing the older tachi dialer. Until you find the dl for the older dialer you could just revert to the windows dialer.
Download and install Advanced config and go to Phone and disable dialer skin. That will give you the WM 6.5 default dialer.

I seem to be having several problems.

1. my youtube app doesnt seem to be playing any videos. i tried restarting and everything.

2. when i install the picturemail cab, it doesnt allow me to send pictures. same with the email. email doesnt work.

anyone else experiencing this and is there anyway around this?
