Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090713 (21921.5.0.40) [UC]

I noticed ICR (In Call Recorder) was built into the dialer. I can choose record in menu options when I am in the call but I can't find where the sound file went or the options for ICR. Am I missing something?

Probably because the cook is not on Sprint and it is tough to make features like "Sprint TV" work without having a Sprint device connected to the Sprint network. I am on Sprint and don't use all that frill and I am mostly happy with this ROM.

alot of these new builds have not been great to Sprint TV or even Youtube, and as for us Sprint users there have not been no updates to build off of like the other carriers, whats up with that, not cool on Sprint behalf

Had to uninstall your J8 phone cab fix today Scuccia. Still getting buggy issues with Send, End, and Home keys. I also couldn't pull up a contact's details after typing in their number in the phone app. I'd tap the contact icon to the right of the phone number, but it wouldn't do anything. Uninstalled your cab, soft reset, and all was okay....of course Phone options are a no-go again, but as I mentioned in an earlier post, you can access those through the Comm Manager | Settings | Phone.

Sorry man!

I found out they are stored in the notes directory, event though the other party wasn't recorded very well.

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090713 (21921.5.0.40) [UC]

A couple of quick questions:
1. Can anyone still on a pre Juicy8 build check how the device shows up in Windows Device Manager when connected via activesync? I think the answer will be "Portable Device" but need to make sure.
2. Can anyone with any Juicy8 build check how the device shows up in Windows Device Manager when connected via activesync? I think the answer will be "Windows Mobile Based Device" under "Network Adapters" but need to make sure.
Thanks!

I am on Windows 7 RC (with Windows Mobile Device Center) with a Sprint Touch Pro. It shows up in Device Manager as "HTC Touch Pro" in Portable Devices. I believe this was the same with Juicy 7... but can't guarantee that.

I don't know if anyone has noticed this, but I've seen a bug with the past few versions of Juicy 8.
If you open the keyboard (switching to landscape) and try to type from the home screen, it begins searching contacts, but for some reason these ROMs have had the annoying behavior of switching to portrait mode when I begin typing - and to switch it back to landscape, I have to close and re-open the keyboard.

Hello Juicy,

Can you please zip your wallpaper collections for me? I would like to have them so I can add them to my collections. Especially the green one, I just love them, or anyone else who can,

Thanks for the ROM.
