I am pretty sure this is a problem with the Tachi Dialer, a 'missing feature' I suppose.
I am currently working around it by just making a shortcut link to fieldtrial and epst on my SD card (so they don't get wiped when I flash)

When I had Google Maps installed on my memory card, it was in /storage card/Application Data/GoogleMaps so it's probably in a similar location if you just have google maps installed on the onboard memory.

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090618 (21815.5.0.50) [UC]

Having a strange problem with streaming audio in media player. I routinely listen to a news website while I drive however with this rom as soon as the handheld screen goes blank media player stops playing the stream. If I wake the handheld up with the power button I have to then hit the play button in media player. I am hoping this is a simple regkey, I checked media player and there are no settings for this problem.

Thanks..

seems like a solid ROM, but I have only been using it for a day. Battery life is exceptional so far!!!

Oh, well that's a good option, care to elaborate? I would like to do that myself! Thanks in advance!

Actually the Opera Favorites reside in a file called opera6.adr. Location is:
Windows\Opera9\opera6.adr

Won't be there if you don't have any favorites.

Edit: Google Favorites are in "Application Data\GoogleMaps" file called "prefsext.dat". The file is specific to the version of GMM you have.

I created a cab to correct the grey dialog box problem

With this you do not need to install any programs. It just makes the necessary registry entries for you
-you must restart your device after installation

*thanks* to klone9d6r who created the solution using UITweaker2

Thats a good idea but I'm leaning more towards the possibility thats it's the nueGXDMA. It's whenever I do anything graphics intensive.
Opera, IEMobile. Resco's ftp plugin doesn't generate as much heat and I'm downloaded several MBs worth of a video.
Just a 2ยข observation.
It would be interesting to see how Juicy hooked the nueGXDMA drivers in...
