I would like to assure you that you are doing something and as soon as we help you diagnose that cause you'll be as happy as the rest of us WM6.5 (especially this build) is light-years ahead of 6.1 in speed and stability. Have you played around with your pagepool size?

Known issue with the rhodium manila port. We all have this.

Does this happen right after you have closed a program? Do you have EVERY tab enabled? Do you have OperaPushPages enabled? Juicy is actually one of the only people to have fixed this.

What screen protector are you using? Try re-calibrating the screen... maybe in landscape this time.

Hardware? HW lags for me a tiny bit in touchflo text messaging.

In what application? works fast for me.

It's a superior camera build and the easiest fix, that has been discussed in many places, is to turn the brightness all the way down... what is it (-2) I think? Not much difference but it's a million times faster in preview, focusing, and capture. Most of the time the pictures seem way more acurate overall.
In general its been my experience that my device has issues with 6.5, Id love this ROM with 6.1!
I suggest reading back a few pages and reverting back to the old manila. That seems to be where most all of your complaints are coming from. Hope this helps and do enjoy!

Thanks for the reply Scoob, The landscape to portrait lag occurs when no matter where I am at with no programs running. All stock tabs are running. I dont know about operapushpages.

Im using standard sprint screen protector. Ill try the recalibrate.

Hardware and Soft-Keyboard lag. Most places when I press the soft-key the lag occurs.

I like tf3d2

From dharvey at XDA It actually does fix the World Clock issue. It also fixes the need for a loader.

Granted... You need the files I've cabbed up below

Anyone using the XBMod VGA Rhodium Manila V1D who has installed this new tachi phone canvas, please install this cab below.

Install Instructions:

1. Disable TouchFlo 3D from Start\Settings\Today
2. Reboot your device
3. Copy this cab to your device somewhere(doesn't matter where)
4. Install cab to Main Memory
5. Reboot your device
6. Re-enable TouchFlo 3D from Start\Settings\Today

http://download.ppchaven.com/GSM%20D...lock%20fix.cab

I'v tried it and it does fix the world clock.

SEVEN doesn't support WM 6.5 yet and as you've discovered, the current release seems to hang on installation. Try the attached earlier version; it will install without issue. Then, shortly after installing you will be asked if you want to upgrade. If you say yes it will upgrade without incident.

SEVEN ROCKS!

I've spent hours trying to figure out why I have no bars with this ROM until I dial. It was like this stock (Juicy stock) and using Tsowens bar too. I know its just an indicator and not a degradation of my actual reception. Is there a way to get it back to "normal" by editing the registry to point back to HTC's dll?

I've seen this issue come up several times in this thread, but never saw any definitive answer.

Thanks.

Finally tracked down where I saw a DST settings: in Advanced Config 3.3->Miscellaneous->Automatic Daylight savings switch-over. It sets the key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Clock\AutoDST to 1. This key isn't set in your ROM and I don't know what it's default behavior is.

I'm new to kitchens and all, but I'll try to build a ROM with this key using your most excellent kitchen and see if that make a difference.

I haven't been using Juicy's 6.5 rom/kitchen until the 5/30 release. Why does it take a few seconds for data to connect with this rom now? I never saw that before with other roms.

now aren't you glad i gave you all the newest manila engine so you can dial out multiple numbers from the contacts tab? the people who reverted to the older manila have to upgrade their manila base to do so now.

cheers,
juicy
