i have the lagging issue with manila... i had set my pp to 24... but also all the menus are coming up messed up... the are jarbled up and take a long time to "come up" any suggestions?

as stated befor 24 is too high try 8 or even 12

Sorry, man. The Rhodium Manilla uses a different database for the weather.
Here's the new database editor. At least you can simply add cities by using just a zip code. Other details by the creator over at xda.

wish the icon change could have been in the change log. i actually would have not flashed. instead opted to install the working version of push internet opera and keep my 3G icon.

oh well, flashing back to 090424H

quick bug report. on latest 090426H

1-Click on world clock displays "IDS_ALARM_Title" sometimes then Alarm Clock others

2-On Home tab, click on Call History, then softkey Menu --> makes the screen dim and it carries over to the Manila (tf2) without being able to slide through tabs. Soft reset is required

3- 3G is EV, Dan Himself said it on a Sprint commercial recently. Personally i know for myself , internally Sprint felt really proud of its EV but its just a symbol and seeing 3G gave me some guilty pleasure of somesort, like best of both worlds
