copy this file over to windows directory then soft reset. Delete all your cities then add your city. This worked for me. I can reset, time sync via the phone settings and it still retains the right time.

ok here i go again
after fixing the text and crashing touch flo issue
now i realize i cant listen to music and music channel on touch flo gives me "The file "AudioManager_eng' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists try reinstalling or restoring this file.

is there a solution for the world clock so far ?

ohhh yes and one more thing is how can i accsess to start menu?

after doing the bug fix updates everytime i hit the start menu it takes me to the program menu

And you may not be able to remove the read only property, but you could create copies of the files, remove their read-only attribute, and the replace them during the SDCongig.txt file execution. The syntax looks something like this:
