But I think your own forum would ultimately be easier on you and everyon else. I'd say AT LEAST half the posts here are from people who are regulars who would sign up and take the discussion to your new boards. This would clean this thread up immensely and make it easier to follow. Then you could keep better track on this thread, and be able to keep track of things in your new forum in a much more organized fashion. Would be easier for me and others for sure, and I would imagine for you too. For info and updates, I would suggest just posting basic updates in the first post, and linking to your site for detailed info..that way you dont have to keep 2 copies of a library of info up to date. The biggest downside I see is that I think some of the more regular posters here would not be in this thread as much, which means helping the newbies less. And the annoyances of crosslinking to YAF. Has anyone been able to successfully cook Sashimi Compliance into this?
I have been trying a whole bunch but can't get it to work. |

This is a good spot to intro new stuff and make people aware. The meat of the conversation for more exp people should be at my site. Newbs can stay here ;c) Hehehee.. Just kidding, newbs are more than welcome to come along! we will all still hve to patrol this site for newbs and there questions and assumptions.... Not going to leave them abandon if they donty want to join scottcrosler.com (also thinking of a new site name possilby) We can all post in both boards. IM not suggesting we stop posting here by any means... Just want to have some fun and make some things for the "regulars" more beneficial like being able to say and do anything. The thread will nto get hiujacked any more. Just start a new one. We can have unlimited threads and unlimited tiotles and just have a grand ole time... Maybe I am delusional... I dont know... I just think it will be some fun!~ But yes, the main thing will be organization... I can post a new ROM about every 4 hours but there is no way in hell I can support that in one single thread. hehehehehe |

By the way I am loving R4R better than B2B. Just better looking to me. Can't wait for the improvements on the 6.5 Beta though as that looks sooooo pretty. LOL

Installation Instruction: 1) rename the current "tweaks.xml" file to "tweaks.old" (or delete it) 2) Change the file extension of the attached files to xxxxxxx.xml 3) Insert them in the same folder where the original file was located. 4) Save the files in some other location, because if you reflash/do a hard reset, etc., you will lose your customized files. Reinstallation of the program automatically inserts the original "tweaks.xml" file. The tweaks that are shown, have not been tested for applicabiliby to the Verizon TP. The only thing I did was to remove a reference to the "GSM SIM Module" that was causing the program to crash on CDMA phones. For more detailed info on the tool, please go to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=405749 Enjoy, and if these help you, please hit the "THANKS" button. Bob |
