Your solution only seems to export the cities you add to your TF3d Display rotation. I can't get the entire US City Database backed up that way.

What Phattooth is saying is correct, and I don't seem to be able to find the solution I need from either weather manager. The Stock Manila Weather .cab on Scott's site did not seem to help either.

I guess that only scott knows the secret to his weather fix.
