Also, what SYS files would you like to see a new ROM on? I am bored and want to put up a STRIPPED ROM and want to know what CE OS you would like to see stripped of ALL HTC crapware?

How do I remove the old version? Re-flash the rom without it?

You can disable it completely by deleting "iLOck" in \windows\startup\

Cant remove without a recook, yes.

So I delete the old version from the OEM folder, replace it with the new cab, and then re-cook?

Delete the old folder for S2U2 in the OEM folder of the kitchen.
Put in this new folder then cook. Yes.

Can I in theory, take the sys files and the core of this kitchen and bring the oem from other kitchen to create a rom? Would that work?

Yeah....

For the most part. Couple things I did diff than other chefs though....

Today Themes and Splash Screen.... I stripped out of the SYS files so take the splash you want and the today theme you ant and bring it over.

That SHOULD work.... No promises. Wont support that though, once you break up my kitchen you are on your own. Sorry ;c(

I'm still going with 21109 SYS + 21018 XIP... While it seems like it's a solid build i'm missing the speed of 21015 SYS.

I'm going to reflash using 21015 SYS with 21018 XIP with my current setup.

I'll let you know my findings tomorrow... it seems like the freezing overnight issue is the biggest concern for me...
