Im not big on it yet as it doesn't launch the program you are getting notified about all the time.

EX. You get a text and the you see the alert in the notifications screen but when you click on it , it dosn't launch the SMS app. It just closes.

Can't wait for it to work though. That and the WinMo 6.5 locker.

Me too. All I want to do is to be able to turn Data or WiFi on/off. With the old version, the little pop-up box, gave you the option of going to the Comm Manager. This one doesn't. There's no quick way to do it.

Ex: In Internet Explorer, I wanted to turn WiFi On. The only way was to minimize IE, go to settings, then communications, then I could do it. With the old way, I could click on the task bar, get the little pop-up, hit Comm Mgr and I was there, without minimizing anything.

Bob, you amaze me, a walking contradiction at times. You are a flash-a-holic who is resistant to change. I guess that goes with the never ending quest for perfection though.
The "htc black manila" is still currently my favorite. It has everything I like in it including what you put in the example.

Next ROm this weekend will be GSM Manila. Which is also the manilla in my Kitchen Labeled HTC Black.


So far I got 21018 working with builds 21028 and 21038. Seeing which is fastes now.

I also know what i Need to do to fix all the new bugs ion the kitchen.

I am hoping to release something this weekend. Still trying to figure out how I can mke one kitchen for both devices.

I'm not resistant to change if it's better. From a useability standpoint, since when is 4 clicks better than 2.

What kitchen? The 1.6 or the 1.5RevC2?

If it's a Life saftey device, and you were in the water, would you want 2 clicks, or 4 clicks to put on your life preserver. Or, if you got diabetes, do you want 4 pricks or just 1 to get your sugar sample.....Seat belt....4 clicks or 1

But I do agree it's beta, and hopefully they will improve it.
