PPCGeeks - 8 APR 09 - UPD 25: Mods please lock this thread!

I know that some people have said that they need to try a few times before they get it.

Either that or go to start> settings> System Tab> Memory> clear Storage tab. Enter 1234 in the text box and then hit the OK button in the upper right hand corner of the screen (like you would normally close a program).

The only problem is if you use this method you will HAVE to reprogram your phone by dialing *22899.

If you can get the center of the d-pad and the reset button option to work, you will NOT HAVE to re program with *22899.

Yea, I know about that way. But never had to reprogram from using it thou. And the issues I was having were hardware related. NOT THE ROM's

I'm not going to mess with it for a while. it's cute and all, and has a very viable function.... but man it changes too much. When I get back from VACA it will be at 1.9.

I just flashed.....now I have no phone service? It says to call customer service to activate......uh oh what did i do?

I just realized what I did lol. This is my first kitchen, I thought it was just like installing any other ROM. Maybe i should read first, eh? Hopefully when i do it correctly this time, my phone will be saved....
