now i have a problem with sms that doesn't turn on auto complete for names and numbers.
still seem to have the problem with having unread messages while quickly clicking the message and then ok without it loading.
using verizon SSK 15 kitchen core rev c2 and ce os 21015

edit - tried 20931 and still won't auto complete names... haven't gotten a text to see if the sms unread messages are broken

The auto complete names is one of the HTC cabs, I think the EZ input keyboard one. You can still have it complete the name under menu > check names (it's not automatic but not a terrible hassle)

I leave the EZ keyboard out because I think it is what gives me keyboard lag when typing out messages.

whats the diff between these the link I gave you to my site? Are they the same or what?

Not sure, but NCF is fixed, though PocketShield reports it's too old: I used the one Former suggested, and I would assume an overlay/reinstall of NCF will correct the PS issue. I diffed this myself and incorporated Former's XIP so it's an easy "backup, delete, replace folder" operation to use it. I got this from the link over at XDA that points to "Media" download link.

You missed the fact the SD card has to be less than 4 gigs and formated a specific way.... so many sectors, etc....

If that is true, then how did I successfully complete it with an 8gig SD card?

After reading all the above (and more) a Noob would still be confused. To clarify:
All older phones - XV6800, xv6700, etc used Standard microSD cards less than 4 GB
ALL NEW PHONES - XV6900, HTC TouchPro, etc use HC microSD cards GREATER THAN 4GB.

Confirmed on the TP with 8GB card-- been doing this from day 1-- it does have to be formatted FAT32.

Scott, I would love to drop about 60 questions on your in a row, but I'm going to give you some breathing room first. I had no idea how much pressure was put on you to support your work until I tried to throw in a helping hand. The 50 message max in PM just doesn't cut it!!!

Your site is not mirrored to my knowledge, I was getting FPOS xip to play with, thats what you missed in that quote earlier.

Thanks for helping me with the Kitchen.... my 21109 with c2 kitchen is great..only using 32%of my memory!

Dave, Thank you for the recognition, but I don't deserve it, Scott does. He is the man who makes this all possible. I don't know if you noticed on Scott's site, but he accepts donations for his outstanding work and continued support.

I personally send my thanks to his paypal link:
