I would like to find a quick way to do this without spending 20-30 mins installing each prog one by one. thanks
THis is how i get mine quickly installed.

First , When i install apps , I install them to Memory Card ( most will work , except the ones that require files in the Windows directory).

I then , send all the shortcut of the apps that was installed on my SD to start menu using Resco Explorer. I then turn around and copy those shortcuts and put in a folder called " Shortcuts " on the SD.

Everytime i finish flashing new roms, i just copy the shortcuts from the folder to start menu , and thats it. This way , there's no space taken by the Apps , and all installed apps on my card execute with no problems , Besides putting serial back in depending on apps.

P.S. I learned this from our fellow geek , he know who he is...i don't remember the user name.

i do basically this same thing using Sashimi, but i only had to manually set it up once... now it automates the creation and setup of the shortcuts and folders each time i flash a new rom... one and done!

I trust you Naut. I'm on this now. One question though: Right now everytime I make changes to my device I use SPB Backup to restore Programs w/keys, Contacts, etc...

Two of the programs I use : SKB Mobile Saftey Suite and QoreFunctions Push Effect require you to email them and get a new unlock code evrytime you install the programs. I'm assuming each phone has a unique indentifier that requires you to have a new unlock code each time. The programs work well, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! you have to email both companies mulitple times to get an answer and then they want you to prove you bought the program .QoreFunctions requires you to email them a copy of the receipt of the new phone to make sure its the same model type before they give you the code. SPB COPIES EVERYTHING! I'm using the program and keys I had from when I had my Mogul and I'm on my 3rd Touch Pro with no problems thanks to SPB.

Will Sashimi still be able to do this?

you can use sashimi to install and then spb to restore prev settings sure. i use both together with no problem. not to sure about how unique identifiers come into play over various phones though.

That's what I thought too. With SKB Mobile Safety Suite, even if you hard reset your device, when you install the program again it has a new user id everytime and you have to contact them in order to get the code.
PushEffect will allow you to install it, but the code wont work if you have to get your device exchanged at the Sprint Store. You have to send the the receipt of the new phone before they give you the code and it takes forever

Mobile Safety Suite - locks up and hides different things on your phone. You can hide contacts, text messages, pictures and videos. Lets say you have some pics you dont want anyone to see. Use the program to lock the pics. Well, when you use HTC Album or Photoviewer they wont show. And if you use your file explorer to navigate to the folder, the folder is empty. They only way yu see the files is to use th program.

PushEffect - uses the sms message sent out my most email servers to pull your email to you phone realtime. Most times I get teh email to my phone before my computer. And it works with Gmail. I use it to pull Gmail, Hotmail, Sprintmail, Comcastmail and Yahoo mail to my phone. its doesnt work very well with Yahoo unless you have a Yahoo Plus account.
