The buildOS I have is a full buildOS. Its just not the one you are used to. Differnt version is all.

If you ant to add more then add more. Just drop your OEM's in the kitchen.

Easy? If not I will go into more detail but thats sorta like Kitchen 101. I will explain if ya want no worries.... Let me know....

Yup, thats the exact reason I say dont use back up programs when switching ROMs........

......HOWEVER:

If you rback up program lets you select certain things such as Just the Reg you can sometimes apply it back fine. The reg doesnt change a whole lot from build to another.

Screen is built in... I did it for you....

Did you let customizations run? Sounds like they may nothave to me.

If you did let them run then maybe something hosed you liek a bad OEM or corrupt download.

I can help you troubleshoot ifyu can tell me what your selections are, post a screeny....

No, not yet, cant find the right screw driver. May file down a jewlers later tonight.... I still havea week before I must send back... BTW: I was jokling about more RAM. I doubt its there sorry to get your hopes up. Someone did the math for me and explained why my theory could be off. Doesnt mean I am not gonna check though!

You would be the second person so far to report this. The other guy had issues with his computer and it ended up not being the kit.

heh... I feel stupid now... I just cooked and flashed the ROM again thinking that maybe I had done something wrong

Not it dopesnt mean anything is wrong at all.

Just means its now a hybrid ROM. It wont hurt anything. this only means the XIP was hacked out of a diff build.

If the ROM boots and everytihng works, which it does then no need to worry. BUT Knowing this I can start working on a newer XIP.....

OK I mean I will ask bored and formerpalm to work the XIP for me.... Ahahahaha

Dont worry about getting my hopes up, not something I do. But, would be a great surprise. I don't really see the advantage of turning off acces to part of the RAM or how that would be done anyway. I have lots of torx if you are near SB, CA.
As far as the screen cal goes, I use the same group of OEM to drop into a kitchen's OEM folder when I build. I have a personal settings(IE exchange, etc.) which is set to make sure to NOT skip screen calibration. With my same group of OEMs I have not run into skipping this before. Also customizations didn't run and I didn't bypass them either. I will just hold out for now. You have some really killer work put into this phone. Serious Thanks!!!

To activate the portal and then subsequently download cool things just Click Start -> Settings -> SSK Online! (Way too easy!)
