Im going to update first post recomend that users hard reset after firs flash... yeah, A royal pain int he *** but compared to teh sacrifice we have with the Stock ROM this is just a minor isseu to hard reset? Agreed? Am I off on this one?

The new roms 1.1 and 1.2 seem to not include Opera Web Browser like v3.0 did. I downloaded and installed it from the Opera site and it works only from the programs menu. How do it get the Brower tab in TF3D to launch opera. Currently it does nothing when I press the Brower icon.

Scott, I downloaded your kitchen and am trying to use it with BuildOS that I got from ppckitchen.org... I placed the .rar file in my kitchens directory but when I start the app it doesn't give your kitchen as a selection to choose.

It seems the SSK1.2 kitchen .rar file you've provided includes the buildOS application already built in? I see how you've made the 'lets rock' .bat file that goes though the rom building process and launches a slimmed-down version of build os.. but i'd like to include more customization options then just that list you've included... How can I use your kitchen file w/ the full buildOS?

Check in the my documents folder of your device the CAB for Opera is there.

Both were installed in 3.0 alon with a 3rd one Diamond Tweak. Since they aren't "active" until you actually use them there are no conflicts. However, in some cases the "tweaks" are the same, but might have different "default" states. If you set a tweak in 1, then open the other, (and the "default" happens to be different), the last on applied will be the one that's used, so you need to be careful that the tweak settings in all match.

I think that Advanced Config deals more with WM6 and the other two deal primarily with TF3d or HTC items.

ATTN: All Flash Addicts
I know a lot of you flash different ROMS daily (if not more frequently) but how do you go about reloading your different apps. I'm reluctant to try different ROMS because of that fact. I know that Scott had added the "AutoRun" feature, but I think that (if fading memory is correct) that will install the apps in MainMemory and I want most items on the SD card. Even if I used "autorun", I would still have to add all those long registration keys. And from what I read, it's advisable to do a hard reset after flashing.

Let me know your different techniques.

Scott - this is a rom I built with the SSK 1.2. I just downloaded this today, and completely deleted my SSK 1.0 folder before un-raring this one. Ran the kitchen, selected my packages, cook and flash the ROM...

Now on Settings - System - About, this is what I see:

built-in user customization with SD Autorun!!! I've heard of a way to install to SD but have never tried it. I have autorun install everything except for a couple of progs I specifically want on the card.
