Cant get the Telus Radio to Flash

any suggestions on how to flash a radio? tried to flash the telus for the sprint touch pro but got an error

I second that I tried to flash that radio and it errored out also. And I have flashed my phone countless times before. Is there anything special to do when flashing a radio

second, put the phone in bootload mode: hold down power and vol. down when phone is OFF

third, download choice of radio: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=46616

fourth, run romupdateutility.exe, follow promts on screen/wait for reboot

dont even have to put in bootloader. Just connect to active sync. When you run the romupdateutility.exe it should put the phone in bootloader by itself. Notice the enterbootloader.exe in the ruu folder.

mine wouldnt automatically go into bootloader mode until i manually put it there, mine was coming up with an error when i didnt
