fist you have to unlock your phone: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=43266

second, put the phone in bootload mode: hold down power and vol. down when phone is OFF

third, download choice of radio: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=46616

fourth, run romupdateutility.exe, follow promts on screen/wait for reboot

fifth: ENJOY
