Tried different roms but still laggy..

Hello, I've tried at least 5 roms now and my phones seems to be laggy. Often the TouchFlo doesn't load for a while. Sometimes the phone freezes and I have to reset the phone, yet the lag still occurs.

Do you think it's my phone or what?
