well you do realize 6.1 to 6.5 is a totally different sys....wm 6.5 may require more ram to run thus cleanram may not be able to clean as much in 6.5 as in 6.1...

I'm running CleanRam 1.1.6 and have no problems what-so-ever. I don't use it often though. When I first turn on the phone, I'm usually at 55% memory used. After using it a while, it may climb up to about 70%, but when I put the phone down, it'll go back down to about 60%.
