Verizon you can get signal anywhere theres broadband internet with there network extender thing. it acts like a wireless tower. pretty neat, i use one at home.

The max number of Signal bars is a regedit, you can set it to 5 like sprint, or 7 like he has. It is just a different gauge, it doesn't increase signal. 4 bars out of 7 max is like 3 outta sprint's 5 max

It is at: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction \CDMA

Change SignalStrengthLevel from 5 to 7

I have flashed this ROM and love it... But I cannot seem to find the voice command shortcut anywhere on my device. I have searched the forums to see if this is a known issue and can't seem to find that either. has anyone else had a problem with this? I do have an icon in the system folder but of course that will not allow me to launch the program. ANy help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Voice Command runs automatically in the background at all times. the icon is the system section is the only icon. To actually launch Voice command Either press the button on your paired bluetooth or wired heaadset or press and hold the green send key. that will activate the command prompt. You will see a microphone icon appear in the upper taskbar. just speak.
