i would flash to 4.16 and enjoy the ROM out of the box... dont spend hours upon hours personalizing it ... that way when version 5 comes out u wont mind flashing to a new ROM...

if u want stable then do 4.16 ... i am sure that when version 5 comes out it wont be perfect right off the bat... so u run the issue of flashing the new version 5 and then might have another version come out a short time after with further fixes...
