I'm still having major keyboard lag in 4.13. I have no VistaHide battery installed and no programs running on startup except AEBPlus, Dashwire, GAlarm, and Voice Command.

This seems to be the number 1 issue no one can solve. Ive disabled XT9, I have NO word correction on, ive tried the reg tweaks to decrease delay time, turned off all battery indicators, nothing.

OK, I found the notifications but i still can't find the speed dials!! anyone have any clue?
