Man so 4.13 is coming soon, i gotta get my 360 set up for flashing, does mikes 360 rom contain the new dashboard updates.

If you're joking...LOL...but on a serious note...360 rom? For reals? Its late, and being late, I'm prone to believe what I read...and as always before bed I'm checking for a mighty update, feels like its been too long.

Is your phone security unlocked?
Try redownloading 4.12 and reflashing....

Thank you for the reply. I am getting an Error 262 message. I thought the unlocker was included in the file when downloaded. The screen that comes up with the three colors says something about an unlocker. As far as i know it is on the stock rom. I have redownloaded three times now and tried multiple times. I dont know what is going wrong and why i cant get it to update to 4.12

so i have figured out that my phone is unlocked. Now is there a way to relock it if i wanted to... like through a hard reset and loading a back up from before i did any of this?

btw 4.12 still wont load i get the status bar then the error message. could it be the SPL
