Mightymike, are you saying I only have to flash the ROM, and nothing else? Are there no carrier specific settings that need to be entered, or have all the carrier specific setting already embedded?

Just flash and go....

The only stuff you will lose is all the bell specific apps. Ur gonna have to find them

Been searching for the past couple hours and I can't seem to find any info on what people are doing about picture mail.

Seems that the custom rom doesn't have Sprint's picture mail app installed on it and when I install the picture mail cab from sprints site, it doesnt work. Are people using a 3rd party app or something else?

Thanks I'll do that and let you know how it works out. As for losing all the Bell specific apps, well that's why I want a new ROM to begin with. The Bell apps are crap and only bloat the phone not to mention that Bell charges a premium for NAV and their music player which doesn't even work. Besides, you should see the crappy UI they installed to replace TF3D. It's only 2D, and full of bugs and painfully slow. Gotta get rid of this bloated Bell ROM and go with something that actually works. I've been looking for weeks for something and the only ROM I found that I feel is worth trying is yours.

But it also has 1% battery display. So it is possible to have FastCharge and 1% display?

It's confusing...Raphael or Herman. When I do a search it comes up with both being one in the same as in pdastock.com which lists it as HTC Herman (HTC Raphael 800).

When I look at the Model ID under Device Info it says RAPH800.

No matter, I'm going to try this ROM and pray it works. Besides it certainly can't be worse then the Bell stock rom.
