Thanks. You don't think 6 is a little too sluggish ? It seemed really sluggish on my TP. When I switched it to 8 it seemed a lot faster. Maybe I will try reflashing to 6 and try again.

im trying to reflash again but the process is stopping at the rainbow security unlocked screen then i get a error with the rom update utility! somebody please help

Where in advanced config can you change to the stock dialer. I just went through a bunch of hoops to install stock dailer..

Karate's update your post. If you install weather first and then AT Contacts you can have both tabs at the same time. For some reason install the weather after AT Contact overwrites the favorite people tab.

You should already be IN the rainbow screen before starting Romupdateutility. I found starting in Bootlaoder mode alleviates the weird connection error bugs. Don't let Romupdateutility put the device in Bootloader mode via the software. Press and hold the Power + DOWN Volumebutton and at the sametime push in the soft reset button and hold till you get to the rainbow bootloader screen.

i just tried that but the rom software wont recognize the phone if its already in the bootloader screen

When in the lock screen I (slide to unlock) I noticed that when getting a call the phone will only get flashing the buttons and after 3 or 4 rings it will start ringing is there anyway to fix this?
