Confirmed: 4.13 fixes the 3-5 second screen freeze problem.

i doesn't fix the screen lag when typing. i sent alot of emails/texts during the day and i could deal with 2-3 letters being lagged, but now i'm getting whole words. It just freezes and if you keep typing, then all of a sudden 4-5 words will speed across the screen to catch up.

I havent found a Rom that doesnt do that.. I do many emails a well , i think it just something we'll have to live with.

For those of you on Verizon with the Verizon Touch Pro (not Sprint) could you help me understand where I'm going wrong?

After flash startup: ram is about 30 and slowly trickles down to 25 or so. I keep reading about 50+ on others.

I'm simply installing it as the default download comes...thanks!

i agree or i wouldn't have this phone. I was just bringing it up because it was one of the main additions to this rom in his change log. this is worse though..i'll play with it today, but i can't have it lagging that many words. 4.11 or 4.12 didn't do it as bad.

ok someone please help me...I have been running 4.12 since Mike first released it and my phone is the hotness, and for the first time in a long time...I dont have any problems with my phone. I really dont want to flash unless this Rom provides me enough of an incentive to do so. Can someone give me their opinion/advice?

I dont need to be told to read the changelist or be flamed for asking....again...just looking for personal opinions or advice.

4.12 was solid....i've only been on 4.13 for like 9 hours, but just keep reading the next few days and decide yourself. I'd hang onto 4.12 for now.

The Default Page Pool of the ROM is 24 megs. That takes away from the RAM thats available on the device. The Page Pool is needed to run things in the background. HOWEVER. In the RUU folder of the Mighty Rom 4.13 download, there is a program to change the Page pool. Load that up, then select Mighty Rom 4.13, change it to 6, then click save and exit out. Now move the signed.nbh file and Flash it like normal. Once you flash, hard reset again, let it set up and then install load the program "Advanced Configuration tool, which is posted to this thread somewhere, and go to the PHONE section and DISABLE the Dialer skin. The HTC Dialer skin uses 10 megs of RAM. Reboot your device and you will have about 50 megs of RAM free now.
