the problem is that when I go to file explorer I don't see my storage, it just says device, but wehn I go to start.settings.system, it says taht its there but I can't access it. NOw on my PC I am unbale to open my storage card or even see it ,,

Your storage card is probably corrupted... Same thing happened to my Sandisk memory card I had with my Mogul a while back....

Have you tried checking it out on a card reader?

May sound dumb and I dont know if it willl work, but if ya put it in pc, cant ya open the drive ya got it hooked up too (if thats a problem) and maybe add a file Storage Card. Cause my pc dont open it up when its in the card reader so I gotta manually open up the drive. Or maybe sync it in ya phone to pc, open up where it has the phone files, and add a Storage Card, maybe itll appear with all your stuff... Sorry, im thinking aloud.
