I have removed some programs from the 'remove programs' section of the settings... but what would happen if i deleted some games that i won't play or any other apps by going to file explorer and selecting delete? Is that a problem?

You will need to remove the .lnk file from windows/startup/programs/games. But this only removes them from the programs folder not the actual application itself.

Is anyone else having the same issues with texting in 1.7? It does not mark multiple texts in a single thread as read. This was an issue with the stock sprint rom a while back. It also does not default to the reply line when you open messaging to reply to a new text.

FYI -

It looks like 1.7 is pretty stable so far. I am going to sit tight on ROM release for a while. (For me that is a week.) I am waiting on TF3D from the TP2 for the next major endeavor.

Just tried v1.7. Looks like the old "Windows Media" problem still exist.
Just took a 5 seconds video with the phone. Then play the same video. After it ends, I got
"Cannot play the file because the specified network protocol is not supported. If you entered a URL to play the file, try a different protocol (such as HTTP). If you clicked a link to play the file, the link might not be valid."

I am asking because I am making a custom action screen for this ROM and I need a background:

I've just loaded KK's rom and love it! This is my first custom rom load attempt and it went pretty well. Went faster than I expected. The only issue I experienced was a lockup on first boot at the timezone screen. I did a hard reset at that point and it started up without issue. Great work KK!

So if something is cooked into the rom, I have no way of deleting it? There are a lot of things I am keeping I just want to clear up some stuff because I keep getting memory full problems etc and sometimes its hard to find what I am looking for due to so much clutter.. but there is too much I like to abandon the rom for another =/
