how do you edit the about screen in settings?

this may sound stupid but when cooking a rom, how do you edit the about section in the settings? im not a noob and i know what im doing when it comes to editing files. i just dont know which file to edit. thanks.

I know how to change it after but haven't found where the kitchen makers put it.

You have to use a Hex editor after you make your rom, and then in the hex editor edit the first part where it seas the rom version with your own.
But if your not familiar on how to use a hex editor you can mess up your rom.
