I cooked a fairly stripped clean ROM with build 21892 using T-Martin's latest release, but got "there is no bluetooth hardware installed on this device". Tried soft resetting and hard resetting to no avail.

There was a bluetooth related fix at page 300 something but that didn't help b/c the registry wasn't even there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check out this link and make sure you have all the packages related to bluetoothe in whatever SYS you are using

thanks bud! i actually reverted back to build 21876 and bluetooth works fine now. i suspect the bluetooth packages in build 21892 had some issues? i was trying to create a no frills clean rom that has no manila...

anyhow, i'll stick with 21876 for now.

That's easy just do not select manila 2.xx and manila engine 2.xxx depending on which kitchen you are using (i.e Sense 2.1 or Sense2.5)

Whats the easiest way to make a sense 2.5 clock cab into an EXT? I make the cab into an OEM and then to an EXT but the clocks never have the background behind the numbers.

make sure your clock is compatible to whatever version of manila you are running. Sense2.5 uses different files names from Sense2.1 and non Sense manila versions also have different file names.Once you have your cab file broken down to an Oem. To create the EXT just add a folder called files inside of your Clock folder (ManilaClock/files) and drop the _manila files inside of the files folder.The Kitchen will add the skip file after it runs through. Here is a copy of a Black Clock with White numbers that I made into an EXT its the Inverse2 Clock for Sense 2.1. Also you can use CfC gui it is a manila editor and that way you can see what files are what and it allows you to change them.

Ok I am new to cooking ROms. I downloaded the kitchen, added some EXT's from rstg_VGAKitchen_EXTs_1_29_2010 and put together a Sense 2.5 rom

I got and error ... NO SVN file. What did I do wrong?

The message 'No ''SVN'' folders present...' is normal.

Was having problems with mms/sms so I removed the HTC Messaging Client that is integrated with the manila engine from the kitchen. just replace this with Manila Engine-2.5.2012.1225.0 located in EXT/Shared/Manila. hope this helps out those not able to use the kitchen because of sms/mms
