I use the RZ kitchen and it has htc menus in manila, but if I hit the menu button in File Explorer, let's say, the Windows menu pops up not the big htc finger friendly menu.

I've tried to edit the registry, but I guess as you say it's simply not loaded by gwes.exe? There is no CUIHandler naturally present in System\htc\.... in RZ's Kitchen/ROM. I can't remember the exact place right now. I added the new DWORD string and it's value, "0" for htc menus...and nothing happens.

If it's missing dependencies, how do I get those?

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I've been trying to fix this for a couple of mths. now...

I'm running the 4.1 Rom (have not play with the kitchen yet) and I'm trying to get WKTask to work as my processor manager. It works ok, but the X / OK cuts off the time in the top right corner. Any ideas how this might be resolved or suggestions for a (free) task manager?

I placed the Shared in ROM/Shared but I'm not getting a 23502 XIP in the drop down.. I am getting 23502 for the SYS.. what am I doing wrong?

Just copy the folders to the existing kitchen folder locations, select as usual from drop-down, flash and enjoy best build yet!

You need to make a copy of a folder in the Touch_Pro Folder and rename it 23502.

solved:
Wktask; with these changes: 1. uncheck: [xbutton skins (too see clock) & show battery gauge], 2. xbutton=close all (just tap clock instead) 3. offsett L=0 & R=250 (to see the most on top task bar).

okay apparently we do. i am struggling w/ the phone scrollbar. I see it's due to a spacing issue. Also, stangdriver, i dont have the compact qwerty option either in 23052. It's not just you.
