Man, you guys need to chill out!..I am nothing but nice and curtious on this site..I have helped many of the original chefs with many problems...I know my way around a kitchen as well as a rom so, you guys can back off...Now I have been all over this thread reading and asking for advice and I get NONE...I contribute enough to this site.

hmmm.... I'm having two main issues with this Kitchen... Can't seem to track down what's causing either of these issues... I'm hoping that someone here can help me.

With any ROM build --

- I can't get the internet to work ()
- The hardware Home/Call/Back/Hang-up keys don't work. They all take the function of the "call" button.

Any ideas? Other than this, I <3 this kitchen! Love it!

Read the rules, bro. You have broken at least 3 of them. And your statements in the previous post contradict your statement above.

I'm using athe 6.1 build and can confirm that all the hardware buttons work as they should

23017 in 9-11 kitchen the date picker is the 6.1 picker which is not as good as the 21921 picker but it is better than the broken 9-12. So I transferred the manila 2.1 v1.5 ext packages an cooked and all seems well except now the themes dont work right for some reason the top bar wont go black ad sometimes the bottom bar doesnt set to the right color...

Often knowlegde comes from trial and error. When I first started cooking 6.5 roms, I got a bunch of non-booters. There's no one simple answer as to why for every situation. I'm guession that you have some conflicting oems in the rom or something. We don't know what you put in there though, unless you post your romsaved file or build log -- no one can help you without information.

BTW, if you did read the rules, you might want to change your avatar, as it is a direct violation of the rules -- not that I necessarly agree with all of the rules..

this is an insult to calk. calm down. if you can't even boot then you're missing some necessary drivers, check for wince.nls, be sure all the correct stuff is in the kernel, try a new XIP? I highly doubt calk would release a kitchen that made nonbooting roms by default! I am downloading it now, the master has moved to visual, pretty exciting stuff!

btw, make your own kitchen if you're unhappy with others, the best way to learn is to dive in. everyone on this board is more than willing to help but that attitude will get you nowhere...
