Can someone please explain ROM vs SYS? I understand the kitchen is the whole enchilada. Sorry for the novice question, but this has been bugging me for some time now. Thanks in advance.

Don't apologize, this is a forum where we help one another. To answer your question, a rom is a completed os for your phone while the sys is the base of the rom

I haven't gotten coreplayer to work in this. Pressing the icon causes a wait icon to flash but no further response. Any leads as to how to resolve this?

Are you using a cab or an oem? Mine works just fine. I'm using a cab file

Hey Calk, I really hate to be a pain in the you know where, but are you saying that the facebook from the my contacts card app integrates and works fine? It doesn't work for me. I'm not referring to the actual facebook app in the programs. I'm referring to when you flash your phone for the very first time. Using manila 2.1 v 1.5. When you first scroll to the peoples tab, what happens is, the my contacts card page pops up and asks you to make your contact card. At that point, it asks you to load a picture using either facebook, or the actual camera of the phone. When I select facebook, nothing happens, facebook stays highlighted but doesn't do anything. When I select camera, that stays highlited and nothing ever happens. I'll try to upload a video on youtube so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. I tried this using your pre-built manila 2.1 v1.5 rom and in the kitchen.

Here's a test build to see if the native 6.5 kernel boots the way I did it

Make sure to check Real WM 6.5 AKU for 23017, 23047 & 23409 when building or it may not boot

I'm having minor issues with the hard keyboard as well (think this has been mentioned, but I have not seen any suggested fixes) Fn key and the shift key is not working properly and in conjunction with certain keys, it doesn't seem to work at all. Not sure if this is due to my keyboard having actual hardware issues.

I had dropped OEM packages for weather master for rhodium, TCPMP, S2V, Total Commander that I had pulled out of previous kitchens, NONE of them played nice with this visual kitchen. I'm pretty sure there is something I should do to those OEM packages first, but I'm not sure WHAT to do.

I've loaded TCPMP and S2V via cabs...and abandoned TC entirely.

I tried to load a cab for Weather Master, but it just relaunches TF3D for me everytime I hit the weather tab...I like using weather master because it allows me to keep international cities...as well as customized US cities...Lake Elsinore...BFE of a town has to be added....
