That ended up using massive amounts of memory. It was hovering around 120Mb in use and seemed to drain battery much faster

Maybe I'll give it another try though.

Curious about some of your ROMs details if you're getting the best results from that.

28011 was great on battery, 28014 might be a bit faster and I haven't really seen any hits on battery with it.

Why don't you just select the PP to 0? Then it's dynamic and works MUCH better IMO. That's what calkulin does on his 6.5+ROM's.

Yes the OEMXipKernel does go in the \\\Touch_Pro\28011 folder. The zipped up SYS/XIP's aren't meant to just be unzipped into the kitchen folder. At least none that I have used. You have to do it folder by folder.

can someone post their 28014 sys, i get the boot up error 0x80004005 whenever i boot a 28014 rom. i used the touch pro folder from 23506 and 23088.(without success for either)

Someone's got to know of a fix for the scrollbar issue with the rhoium dialer.. please help, lol its my only issue

put this in the dialer folder in the kitchen (C:\Calkulin's Visual VGA Kitchen v4.2\EXT\Shared\Packages\Phone - Rhodium PhoneCanvas 3.40.35284.0\files\phcanrc)

rename the file in the folder phcanrc_old.dll before you place new file in folder

recook and that should fix it

hmm that made it worse.. now everything belo the 3rd row of numbers is cut off, alls I got is 1-9

thats strange... did you remember to rename the old file so you could revert back?

yes I did and I rebuilt already. any other thoughts?

there is only option for Rhodium, or WM (skinned) dialer, isn't there also the "tachi" dialer? does anyone have the EXT I can drop in to kitchen?

I'm having issues with this too but its because I messed up the original 4.2 Rhodium packages. The first couple builds I made w/ 4.2 had the Rhodium canvas fixed = Calk custom fix. He mentioned it in this thread so look at the posts on/right after the release date.
I think the Tachi is in his 4.1 Kitchen. Its in one of the folders through the Kitchen Link on 1st page.
