There is a reg edit. Make sure it looks like this:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"DefaultBrowserIsIE"=dword:0

still can not get it to work....i took 28004 from Calks FTP and can flash and use after with no issues, everything after 28008,9,11 ... flashes and boots, then give me Errow pop up and you can not get it off your screen....but if you reboot it flashes again....help

did you make sure to uncheck FWUPDATE and SQM also you might want to select Generic for carrier lastest sys are picky some of the tweaks may keep it from booting up use 23088 for your zip instead of 23506

hello all, I've been using this v4.2 rom for a month now and I need hekp. Can anyone please help me with my battery draining so fast. I've tried registry edits, activesync edits, elias activesync killer cabs, etc and I still haven't found the solution. I know that activesync is always running and when I turn it off it comes back on moments later. When I leave it on the charger and then remove it, as soon as I unplug I loose about 3-7 percent. Can anyone please, please help me with this. Thanks

Now when you say the app.reg from beta 1, are you referring to the download from ETD/TP? or just make an ext out of the beta 1 download? I'm confused. That being said, would you be willing to share your ext of opera 10 beta 2?

Here ya go....you need to look for that reg entry in the manila app.reg not opera.
