try this then...

open a command line (with admin rights)... browse to the Kitchen folder... go to Tools, and execute "kitchen_build_rom.bat"

see if it works. if it doesn't it should give you errors that might help narrow down the problem

I got no more useful information other than ERROR! <errorlevel:1>.

did you "Create ROM" first, and then once it errors, try to run that BAT file?

When i try to ran the .bat file nothing happened

hmm.... not sure then... any time i have gotten that error I have wiped out the Temp folder (it might be hidden), and deleted the previous *.nbh files.

ready to give up myself, redownloaded 4 times, seems to be an issue with the kitchen and native 6.5. uncheck the 6.5 aku and create a rom. it works but DO NOT FLASH, IT WILL NOT BE A BOOTABLE ROM

I have all the hidden files showing
I noticed, when Real WM 6.5 AKU is not checked
it cooks fine, however the rom won't boot

oops beat me to it ^^^
