clean rom has no "programs" or "apps"...your bare basic operating system. Think a freshly booted windows on your PC without all that trial crapware that comes with the machine. Some clean ROM's here may include pocket office...and such...but that's about all it'll come with. A "normal" ROM has common or popular apps already cooked in..such as g-alarm OR klaxxon to name a couple. Its up to you whether you mind the extra programs that you may never use....OR you want a clean slate to start fresh.

did you go to browse...and find the signed file in the RUU folder?? Sometimes, you have to manually select it.

Could it be something simple as too many temp folders and different versions for the kitchen to sort thru? I'm trying to help...but am still new at cooking ROM's...

For those having the issues with the kitchen, are you using WinRAR to extract the kitchen or 7-zip?

I've always used Winrar since day one with no issues what-so-ever.

Re: [ Jul 1 ] [ 23001 \ 21051 ] [ v2 ] Calkulin's Kitchen & ROMs

Thanks SO much for another great kitchen. Ive noticed something strange however. After flashing and it runs customization, the progressbar quickly goes from left to right (blue) about 1 hundred times before it auto resets. Any1 else see this (I have seen this for about 2 months when I flash a new rom, but not everytime)

thanks
