yup they finished this past week, were still waiting to find out what the actual build number it is, currently we have 21232 which is on my current rom, and could possibly be the release one, or its another build. Well find out soon.

Nope you didnt get too drunk this time, it works with some builds, and some Dialers, but it most of the time is blocked by something in windows mobile 6.5, and im still trying to find out what it could be.

Hey Merdin, what are your plans for the future? Will you be sticking to making roms for the Touch Pro or move on to Touch Pro 2 or something else when the time comes?

A MAJOR BREAK THROUGH:


I'm using Merdinh new just released 5/17/09 6.5 ROM, notice the photo below, the volume control icon has been replaced, the dual slider volume control icon that came in Merdinh new 6.5 ROM has been removed....

The theory or school of thoughts are that the 6.5 ROM itself blocks the new 6.1 volume control icon from being installed, evidently this theory or school of thoughts are not true as you can see from the photo below...

The software below is what I used to make this transition of changing one volume control for the other... First, you must remove the old current version dual slider volume control icon from your TP, using the "Remover Software" below, soft reset your TP...

After it has been removed from your TP, then installed the "Volume Control From The Raphael" shown in the photo below, this is the method that I used to replace the old dual slider volume control icon, it works full functional like a charm...

You are the cause of me looking and searching hard for the volume control fix, because I had given you the HTC Titanium volume control fix, which is just for the system volume only... I'm so glad you got it working now, also TweatyBear was looking for this fix.....

i used a similar technique to replace the threaded arcsoft sprint picture mail with the older arcsoft sprint picture mail. the threaded version wouldn't work properly. have you noticed problems with that on yours?
