HI, well thanks to MIGHTYMIKE for the info i forgot that i did have another scroll enhancement that i used on my 6.1 roms, and thats the problem, i dont have touchflo in there, but now i know what it is.
Your beautiful scrolling should be back next release, now im just working out a bug i have in my beat where the touch response is very poor in some apps like messaging, and very good in other areas.

Seem's to be a replacement for voice command. My voice command always locks my phone up, no matter which ROM I'm using.

It could also depend on your backup files, you might have a file backed up that could be causing this when you restore your contacts, and files.

try flashing back to a stock ROM again, and in there do the steps on the #2 post, and then try your internet connection, if its working then you can flash back

I tried this and it didn't work. I guess it isn't specific to your rom. Any advice?

edit: I get error 1012 when I try to run the PRL.

Don't get me wrong. The 6.1 scrolling is not a big issue by any means. I'm still loving your rom. I'm gonna put that mcenter app onto one of the titanium softkey shortcuts, and then Titanium will be complete .

If you want the battery icon to be displayed instead of the time, go to:

start>settings>clock&alarms

Then go to the last tab ad uncheck the "display time in all programs" box.
