I chose Automatic-A, then the Triangle appeared.......tried making a call, got a message from Verizon that I couldn't make the call.

That means verizon wont allow you to Roam, you have to make sure you have roaming setup on your plan

I always do, but don't know what registry hack or what to edit to allow this......other ROMs including the stock one gives you the data roaming allow feature.

Not sure about the tweak, post a Thread in the touch pro section, and see if someone knows the tweak for it.
