yeah a few people are looking into this. Con contacted me this morning and said he was looking into it as well. Mine turned on by itself probably 15 times yesterday. this morning, when i took it off "airplane" mode, i couldn't turn on the radio without wifi wanting to turn on as well. Weird.... Some have the issue..some don't...and no...other than exchange hookup...no customization from me.

about the screen light..there are a few cab fixes i've seen if you want to search and load them. in the meantime, just touch the home button and it will bring the light back on for you.

This was prior to any tweaks to the rom, also happened on my diamond running one of conflipper roms, I thought it might be something added to these roms... Not sure though

I'll try and compile a list of progs I have real quick

No wi-fi issue here for me. It's never turned on by itself.

I have noticed a bit of a slow down after installing the custom signal icons. However the rest of the rom looks great. Best battery life so far of the few TP roms I've tried. I think 20759's battery life is much better than the older rom bases.

I have TomTom 7 on mine, and Pro Calc, and I am yet to see the WiFi issue, No idea what would cause it, and why some have it and some dont.

Also very stragne you had it on my diamond rom. I never saw it posted so never looked into it.

I will try and find those same programs that you install, and see if i can not get the same thing going on mine, I will try it anyways. and see what I can do. Wont be back for another day thouhg.

Thanks everyone for testing this out, and letting me know of the bugs. I will get them fixed. Glad everything is going good for the most part though.

Hey Con, I'm a noob at messing with phones but catch on pretty quick. I've been doing a bunch of reading to make sure I follow the steps correct but am having problems placing your rom on my alltel htc pro. The program works great up to the point when the status bar appears on both the pc and the phone then it idles out and I have to restart the phone. Any help? Thanks.

First of all, Merry Christmas to everyone.

Secondly, tenthirty2 i never thought of the radio issue. While i normally configure my device to the most popular radio, i've never had any issues with the Stock Alltel one i was sent - 1.03.16f.

Wifi didn't cut on any yesterday during calls. First time it didn't do that. If i turn off the radio with airplane mode and cut it back on, it will cut itself on with the phone and data connection.

Thirdly, if i soft reset my phone, it will come on with everything else as well. Weird i know. as long as it doesn't cut itself on during the day i can live with it personally. great rom. i haven't updated it with the different opera build and other things Con loaded, but battery, quickness, stability and other things seem to be there, so great job Con.

Yeah, I flashed to the 1.04.05v Telus radio right out of the box. Don't know if thats a variable we should consider when trouble shooting the wifi errors you guys are describing, but honestly, I havent experienced the issue yet.

Another minor bug I've experienced yesterday and today is that Voice Command doesnt always respond when I try to initiate a call from my H710 bluetooth headset. The bluetooth audio gateway works fine after I initiate the call via the handset, but the bluetooth doesnt always activate the voice dial function.

But I totally dig the rom, Con.

I am back now, working on a new build. Thnaks for the update about Voice Command. I also have a new system i am testing out. 20954. latest one there is publicty availabe. also in that system is the latest msn live messenger. from the 21000 build. aku 1.6. so that will be interesting. I will try and work on that and get an update out tomw maybe, I will just have to see.

Also I will test out opera 2520. best opera for flash. it came on omnia, and was qvga, i have converted it to vga, and that was not fun. but i will work with all of that. and get everything going for everyone.
