The build in its current incarnation seems very fast & stable on the whole, I would love to try it in a 32mb dynamic page pool variety. May try to hex edit tomorrow.

Get back with me at your earliest convenience on your thoughts concerning the insignificant bugs I've reported thus far.

He mentions Java being broken in his very first re-post on page 1. I'm also noticing the data arrows. I watched it for almost 30 minutes this morning and they they never shut down.

A Third problem for me continues to be Opera. This is the first build with IE6 and it's decent. No Opera, but still decent. But Opera Mobile continues to not close after it is close and just seriously sucks memory. i'm 35-37 on bootup, and can play around all day, browse in IE, or whatever..but as soon as i open up Opera and close it (even if it's just 5 seconds of being open), my memory jumps up to 46-47%. This build of Opera hangs for me, it is a tad quicker, but definitely not to my liking.

Great ROM though. definitely faster. my battery seems worst but i believe it's because the data is not going dormant like he said. Luckily i like option of holding down the "end key to shut down data" so i'm having to do that alot. Other than that and Opera, it's a great ROM.

Data arrows are because of the Slide2Answer feature I have in there now. I am working on getting that working 100%, but it will take some time. If you want you can go to task manager and then to Button tab, and then check the box to "End Program by Tapping "X"

then when you close out of opera it will shut it down. I am working on a few things now.

the new Windows IM, it was an updated version for a 21000 build. however I did not have the proper MUI files, and so without those it wouldnt display the text it needed to, and so I decided not to use it.

I am working on editing some files to get it working. I will continue to work with Java to.

Sorry for not reading the update in post 1 about java, but in my defense, it was almost 2 AM here and I was sleepy! ha

Yeah, I figured the arrows were due to the new dialer add-on. I've been terminating data with the end key as well. Would the reg hack in Advanced Config work that terminates the data connection after a period of inactivity?

The comm manager tab in tf3d doesnt have the data connection button like the comm manager you access from the settings menu, if it is relatively easy to add, it would be nice to see in a future build.

Big Thanks goes to Tobey, JD, Juicy, Juggalo_X Calcu Ghettofreeryder and Ivan without there help this would not exsist.

This is for a Touch Pro, it should work with other carriers, but it is designed for Alltel. This is for the most part a Stock ROM, leaving all the customization to you. I have tested this and it seems to be very fast for me.

It is always a good idea to hard reset after you flash to a new build it helps everything run smoother.

This is based off the HTC MAX system. 20759. I have found this to be the most stable and fastest system out there for me.

This is a full kernal xip port, xip is also fully customized to help give you the maximum amount of free space. with ULDR removed. nk.exe moved to a higher address to help speed up the boot time. I have converted most of the programs to modules to help with memory, speed and paging speeds. So everything should be very fast here.

Pagepool changer works on all of these roms. So if you would like to use that, then open the download file with winrar and extract the RUU_Signed.nbh and the Pagepool changer inside the downloaded file. and use it from there.

i obviously understand the task manager and enabling "x" to shut a program down is always the first things i do. The fact that Opera doesn't close came from you in your last build. I'm pretty sure it is still running in the background somewhere. If i open it, then close it without it even browsing a page, it eats up 6-10mb. Not a big issue i don't guess, but figured you'd want to know.

Just a not a big fan of it. Seems really buggy...freezes my phone alot. Although i don't like it, i've been using IE6 more now since you put it on here.

the opera thing isn't just from his builds, its an opera problem because in my alltel stock rom before i flashed a new rom, it had a memory leak of about 5 to 15mb, and if i used a task manager that showed system processes too, it showed some opera process open even when everything was closed, so its just opera needs to quit being douche-like and make stuff to where it doesn't leak memory or use up memory even when its not open, hopefully con can get a better browser incorporated into his roms, not complaining at all though bc i could never do the cooking he does, thanks to con for everything you've done so far and for your future roms
