startup memory usage hovering at 78 mb and flash in camera does not work


ralph800. New TP from sprint. Just picked it up today as a warranty replacement. Sales person at sprint said shipment came in this morning. dunno if that makes any difference.

looks exactly like orig. TP on the htc website.... black white with green accents... not a wierd blue or anything

Issues I found:
*No landscape
*Certer button on the d pad doesn't work, it launches the "Align Screen app"
*Under phone settings nothing shows up in "Location Settings". It is just a blank white screen
*Storage card is now called Internal Storage
*Under phone settings nothing shows up in "Voice Privacy"
*Under phone settings nothing shows up in "TTY mode"
*Under phone settings nothing shows up in "Voice Privacy"
*Under phone settings I couldn't find the option to reply to a ignored call.
*I hit "ok" in the Today options and it restarted the phone... Weird... I could not re-create this...
*Camera has some issue... viewing is slow... like it trys to update the focus too much, shutter speed is also slow, auto focus has dragged more then I'm used to. Also, if you go into the menu and try to go back in it to change say image quality, it wont let you. You have to hit the back arrow in order to access it again.
*I could not find the call history in phone dialer only if I hit missed calls in TF3D. This maybe how you like it IDK.

*This is the fastest ROM I have ever used.... I still will be making it a 32mb PP, but this blew the socks off of what I timed as the fastest, stable ROM!
*Very quick in menu navigation! I'm extremely impressed
*Something you did has the SD card reading super fast or something because the installations of apps fly's on this ROM
*Video drivers are working, you can tell when you scroll through the contacts and all the programs I had installed, TF3D etc didn't hang or lag.

Yup, that's all me right there... I also found out that the flash does not exist on the camera, but I covered a lot... LOL!

at least we have progress. im gonna load it on my TP as well just to see if i find anything else.

That's cool.... Clear storage doesn't work either.... Just FYI... I'm done looking it over and will load my former ROM for now. Things I tested and worked fine are:
*Google maps 2.3 with GPS active... Worked 100%
*RSS Hub works 100% I got all my feed updates!
*Resco Explorer
*For those installing the tsowentaskbar3V1.2&3 they need to make this reg edit to see all 7 bars instead of 5, but every icon works fine:
