Hmm for some reason even after following these steps TF3D will lock up if you click on the Call History Tab it will show the info but after that TF3D will not respond until a soft reset. I'm still working on it but just giving an update on my progress with it.

set file explorer to "show all files"....

"press to go to the Sprint Music Store

Edit: I actually don't get this message. Mine is working fine. Are you getting this message with the shortcut you created???? if so try using the one thats in the windows folder
