thats normal the phone will retain emergency mode and stick to what ever cellular company service has the highest signal untill a soft reset. this is for safety reasons to ensure if 911 calls you back your still in the best possible service you can get in that geographical location. thats how its worked for me in the past.

In the 1st post there is a screenshot of an "account manager" where you can log into facebook and you tube. Where is this tab located? I can not find it. Anyone know?

I'ma throw this out in the wrong spot but ask anyways.
Touch pro take SDHC cards? I think my TP deserves a better then 1 gb and faster thoughput card.

Juggs minor issue when going into pictures and videos, selecting a pic on a sprint device. We have a menu option after installing picmail to upload to destinations (like photobucket and myspace) and it seems when its clicked now it goes to a print setup screen like its trying to send the picture to jetcet and print it. Seems jetcet has taken over this option for us.
