Update PRL icon does not work on custom ROMS, you have two options reflash to the base Sprint ROM and run it from there
or, follow the steps at this thread. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ighlight=60650 I have done it,
with no problems just make sure you read the directions and follow each step carefully. For reference the MSL Grabber can

I stand corrected, you can update from a custom rom, I read several articles, stating the opposite... See below for further details..

Not true at all. Juggalo has them working on his custom rom.

Hey guys, i have a question. when you make a call, does the country code appear? and what does that target icon (crosshairs) mean? I love this ROM, but i'm just worried that it may have caused me to roam cause the country code appears whenever i make a call.
I flashed to my old Stock bell Rom and when i make a call, the country code doesn't appear.

SO i was just wondering if the country code appears when you make a call, and if it does, if it means i'm using long distance minutes.

dream any eta, no pressure at all. Played with a few of the others again and it just make me APPRECIATE your rom! Can't wait for no Arcsoft MMS so I can install sprint Picture mail. Thanks

You can still install Sprint Pic Mail. I have it installed and it works fine.

I'm not sure what is up with PictureMail... I installed PictureMail.cab from PowerDeck. I get the envelope. I can receive picture mail and see the preview.

The problem is that if I try to view the picture mail full screen, or if I try to send a picture mail, it wants a password and does not accept my normal PowerVision password.

Also when I try to send a picture mail, I have a ton of accounts...
SMS \ MMS (Grayed out)
Outlook E-mail: Works
GMail: Works
Sprint Picture Mail: Asks for a password
VoiceMail (SMS \ MMS): "File Format not supported."
MMS (SMS \ MMS): Acts like it works, but then says unable to send, saved to drafts

I hope someone can find a fix for this. I'm sick of re-flashing ROMs, and all I need for perfection is working Picture Mail, a working WorldCard Mobile cab, and a ClearVue cab.

Dream: If you do make a new release, please add WCM and ClearVue back to it.

Compared your rom to Juicy's 4.7 and yours is definitely faster but its got little kinks to work out.

1. In SMS, when entering the contact on who to send it out to using the keyboard, the thing that suggests what numbers to send from the contacts dont' show up and also it counts it towards the text message allotted characters.

2. Anyway to remove the built in MMS option?

3. Symbol button don't work on keyboard again... do I need to use that keyboard cab fix from earlier on this one?
