I'm using the 1.2 and I have no hardware keyboard lag when sending SMS. The only apps I installed so far were the hint, hint apps posted in the zip.

I noticed that there is no Sprint manila 1.2, is that due to the landscape issue? I'll end up switching to that once it's released.

I also hex edited the file to get a 32mb static page pool and this thing flies. Thanks for the posters who helped with that, it couldn't of been easier.

hey...so did ivan pull the version with the original sprint manila theme? i downloaded v1.2 and its back to the gsm manila theme....(i saw somewhere in the thread about landscape for that not working...) either way just need a lil clarity because i like this rom...just LOVE the sprint theme...great rom

Mine doesn't have it at the moment either, I'm just trying to figure out which program is causing it so I can replace it with something else. It must be some sort of odd conflict with the 20xxx series and one of the programs I use, because I didn't have the problem with the stock rom.

The sprint manilla is being worked on due to landscape issue and also im trying to make it a little faster. I just dont want to release an update to the Sprint manilla rom with issues..

what was the hex string that you searched for...i cannot find the one listed before

...is there another i should be looking for?

No, it's still the same string. Make sure you have case sensitive checked before you search, I don't think it will find it if you don't have that checked. I changed my pp to 24MB Dynamic using that string.
