No need. Make sure buildos is closed while you are running updater. If you still get the problem, you might need to reboot and try again.

Help, I tried with three different computers and all stop to same error after selecting project that I need kitchenconfig9004 not kitchenconfig9003 I have. I run updater several times, unistalled, reinstalled, manually downloaded files, but no success... What is going wrong?

The latest available, I solved the issue by editing one file, now it thinks that I have 9004. Works well..

If all you did was edit the version, you screwed it up and you aren't running what you thing you are (unless you are talking about raphael_core.rar...in which case that is all that is necessary - I'll update that library later today).
